With the success of Chef Patrick’s lovely 5 star Inn and Michelin 3 star restaurant has come the need for a significant expansion that is in keeping with the unique style of this established landmark.

This important expansion to The Inn and to the town of Washington boasts a series of projects that include: a new reception building, a renovated guest house, a new guest house with 2 guest suites, a new carriage house with 6 guest suites, a Spa/pool complex, and a large wine cellar with a private dining area. A new courtyard will connect the new buildings with the existing buildings. The new buildings are commensurate in scale and in detailing with The Inn and with the established historical architecture of the town.

With recent unanimous approval from the Architectural Review Board of the town of Washington, work toward the next round of approvals is currently underway.
